October brings fond memories of the epic OVO-inspired Bar Mitzvah we had the joy of capturing earlier this year. Although it took place in June, it was centered around Drake's fashion label OVO which stands for "October's Very Own", inspired by his October 24th birthday. And wow was it ever OVO'd out! Planned by the talented Gloria Benaim Events, this Bar Mitzvah had it all. From the Flo Rida appearance to the personalized swag, this award-winning event was one for the books!

Here are a few highlights from Adrian's OVO-inspired Bar Mitzvah!
The Decor
The decor was spectacular with gorgeous floral arrangements and touches of gold everywhere. The dancefloor was decorated like the floor of a basketball court and there were personalized jerseys hung from the ceiling. It felt like you were at an elegant basketball game surrounded by hundreds of fans. Every little detail was accounted for down to the tiny gold basketballs among the centrepieces.
Celebrity Appearances
Fans of Drake know he loves the Toronto Raptors and knows of OVO's affiliation with them. So you can't have an OVO-themed Bar Mitzvah without an appearance from the Raptor's very own Precious Achiuwa! And who better to get a party started than the legendary Flo Rida! Even Flo Rida got the OVO memo and came dressed in his basketball attire.
The Food
In addition to the elegant full-course meal, guests had access to endless options of snacks. Before dinner, there were canapes like beef tartare, black tiger shrimp and polenta fries with a harissa yogurt dip. There was a gorgeous basketball net cake, a stocked candy counter with Adrian-branded chocolate bars, a separate cotton candy shelf and a sushi bar. There were even trays of McDonald's floating around later in the night!
The Entertainment
It was impossible to get bored at this event with so many entertaining options that fit everyone's interests. There were arcade-style basketball games available to play. You could take home custom airbrushed basketballs and hot press jerseys.
There was a photo activation booth to capture your court-side moment. Guests got to enjoy a live performance from the Raptor Girls and a basketball show. There were even basketball "tickets" for seating handed out by "scalpers" at the Box Office.
Shoutout to all of the incredible vendors who helped bring this event to life!
