With the days getting longer and the sun greeting us more frequently, we can feel that spring is soon upon us. It reminds us of Jordyn and Adam's bright and beautiful wedding we captured in May of 2023. From the invitations to the table decor, everything was on brand and in bloom, reflecting the lively and romantic relationship of the couple. Planned by the talented Fab Fete Event Planning Boutique, this wedding was one for the books!
Even before the wedding began, spring and floral elements were incorporated into every detail. Jordyn's makeup embraced the colours of the season with soft, romantic hues that highlighted her natural
beauty and was completed with
a petal-pink lip. Alyssa from Fancy Face captured the essence of a vibrant and blossoming season through her makeup look. Jordyn's makeup was complemented by her beautiful hairstyle done by Courtney Fadden Berard. Her
bouncing curls created a playful and gorgeous look. The bridal party and special family members were also glammed up in spring theme with makeup by Alyssa and Tanisha Burgess, and hair from
Courtney and Vanessa Leone. Speaking of the bridal party, they definitely got the spring floral memo. Before changing into their show-stopping gowns, they rocked floral silk pyjama sets to pop champagne and celebrate the start of the day. Even the mother of the bride was on board. Debbie looked flawless in her pink floral pyjama set.
Then it was time to change into their gowns. The bridesmaids arrived in flowing dresses of different colours, each carrying bouquets bursting with complementary blooms.
The groomsmen also rolled up in style with their bowties and crisp tuxedos. Adam sported velvet loafers and a sparkling smile.
The wedding was held at the luxurious lakefront Hotel X and every detail was accounted for. They embraced the vibrancy of the season by incorporating an array of hues into the wedding decor and floral arrangements. At the heart
of this bright spring-bloom-themed wedding lies, of course, the flowers themselves. Have A Seat Events created spectacular bouquets, and centrepieces and adorned the chuppah with an abundance of cheerful blooms. The guests found their seats with the gorgeous mirror seating chart from Grace Song
Calligraphy. The menus created by Paper Heart (which matched the wedding invitations) featured delicate watercolour flowers with pinks and greens that tied in with the colours of springtime nature. And nothing says springtime like enjoying a cold tasty dessert. Guests got to pick a classic favourite treat from the traditional ice cream cart from POP Events. Jordyn and Adam swayed to the romantic music from the live band Main Event Music.
Then guests boogied across the beautiful vinyl dance floor from Reznick Event Carpets along to the music by the DJ from VProductions Inc. Plus they got to toss the bride and groom up into the air with the entertaining Horahchute!
It was a pleasure to work alongside the wonderful photographer, Assaf Friedman as we captured this romantic and beautiful day. This vibrant and floral wedding was the perfect embodiment of Jordyn and Adam's relationship and we loved getting to capture the memories that bloomed as brightly as their love.
